Yes, he claims to be legit but we have no way of knowing. He also is asking for money to buy a keyvault which is suspicious, but I'm not gonna say a scam yet. We have no proof.

We're not doubting you. We would give you money probably if we saw you host a lobby. There's probably not another way. You didn't ask for money but said you needed it for a keyvault.
