Ahh you need to disable the UAC. On windows i presume? Yes very common problem. Either look it up on youtube or google or try this text tut below. 
Hit Start
Click you picture icon, should be at top
If it asks to change pic click cancelnow you should change the UAC cant remember if you turn it on or off but just reverse what you already have and you should be good.

The UAC problem occurs with me all the time :/
Its simple to turn off but you have to restart your computer after it which is retarded
